Dan Lake
Dan is an executive coach and leadership development expert. He holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and his first book—A Good Leadership Book—was released globally in 2023.
Dan has taught and coached on nearly every continent. He has coached over 3000 hours with leaders who have gone on to serve multi-national organisations including the US State Department, Tesla, Google, and Apple.
Growing up in New Zealand and Hawaii, Dan amassed a love for adventure and a hunger to discover the unknown. He is passionate about developing leaders, particularly emerging and early stage talent.
Becoming a Bungy operator meant taking a crash course in public speaking while helping people through stressful situations. After working for an international NGO in 30+ countries from Asia to Europe, from Africa to the Middle East, Dan now leverages nearly 20 years of coaching, training, and team facilitation.
Dan has been part of organizing international aid appeals, facilitating multi-week training initiatives, and leading multi-site, multi-national teams. He has extensive experience on senior management teams covering operations, training, coaching, and development.
